This website can be accessed at www.workdesk.co.za, including related mobile-sites and software applications (the “Website”), and is owned and operated by Next Interiors (Proprietary) Limited (“WorkDesk”, “we”, “us” and “our”).
These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the ordering, sale, and delivery of products, as well as the use of the Website.
These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable against every person who accesses or uses this Website (“you”, “your” or “user”), including, without limitation, each user who registers as contemplated below (“registered user”).
By using the Website and clicking on the “Register Now” button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Website allows you to shop online for a wide range of office furniture, accessories, and related products (“Products”).
2. Conclusion of Sales and Availability of Stock
Registered users may place orders for Products, which WorkDesk may accept or reject. Whether an order is accepted depends on:

🔹 When is an order confirmed?

WorkDesk will only confirm an order once the Products have been delivered to you. Until then, no sale agreement exists.

Even if payment is received or an order confirmation is sent, the order is not final until delivery is made.
🔹 What if an order is rejected?

If WorkDesk cancels an order, you will be refunded as soon as possible.
🔹 Placing Products in a cart or wishlist does not reserve stock.

Prices and stock availability may change before you complete your purchase.
🔹 Stock Allocation

Stock is allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. If you pay via EFT, your payment may take longer to clear, and stock may sell out before your payment is received.
🔹 Products Not Available for Resale

Certain Products cannot be purchased for resale. If resale is suspected, WorkDesk reserves the right to cancel the order.
3. Payment
We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. WorkDesk uses a third-party payment gateway, and all transactions are encrypted.
Accepted payment methods:

✔️ Direct Bank Deposit / EFT (payment must be made within 72 hours, or the order will be cancelled)
✔️ Instant EFT
🚫 We do not accept cheques or cash on delivery.

4. Manufacture of Products

WorkDesk sources products from various suppliers and manufacturers.

Many products are made to order and require a manufacturing lead time of 10 to 15 business days.

Manufacturing lead times may change from time to time without prior notice.

The estimated lead time is displayed on each product page on the WorkDesk website.
🔹 WorkDesk cannot alter manufacturing lead times once an order is placed.
5. Delivery of Products

Delivery charges are subject to change at any time and will be displayed at checkout.

✔️ Outlying or high-risk areas may incur additional charges.
✔️ Weekday deliveries only (during standard courier/transporter service hours).
✔️ Door-to-door delivery is provided, but installation is NOT included.
🚫 What happens if a delivery is unsuccessful?

If the courier cannot deliver due to customer unavailability, the goods will be returned to the source, and the customer will be responsible for return delivery costs.

6. Electronic Communications
By using the Website or sending emails to us, you consent to receive communications electronically from WorkDesk or any of our divisions, affiliates, or partners, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
